CONGRESS AND SYMPOSIA REGISTRATION

All delegates must register for the congress. Registration fees are as follows:

One day tickets are available at € 275.

*Note: Registration in the STUDENT category is only open to people able to provide a valid official certificate. To validate this, documentary proof of this status must be forwarded to the e-mail: [email protected]

 

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Entrance to Opening Ceremony, Scientific Sessions, posters viewing and exhibition
  • Possibility to submit abstracts
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee and tea service during congress
  • Lunches during the Congress

SATELLITE SYMPOSIA

Two pre-congress Satellite Symposia are organized in parallel on WEDNESDAY 5 from 9.00 to 11.00:

  • NVKC / CMBD SATELITE SYMPOSIUM (in Dutch)
  • APOTHEKERS & HUISARSTEN SATELITE SYMPOSIUM (in Dutch)

FEE OF PRE-CONGRESS SATELLITE SYMPOSIA INCLUDES:

  • Access to pre-congress Satellite Symposia
  • Access to the ESPT Congress only for this day (November 5)
  • Access to Opening Ceremony

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

  • The meeting language will be Dutch
  • You can only choose to attend one pre-congress Satellite Symposium
  • If you would also attend the other days of the ESPT Congress (November 6-7-8), you can select the dedicated fee in the “service” section during the registration process

REMITTANCE

Registration fees shall be paid by credit card or bank transfer through the on-line system available on the congress website. When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent at [email protected]

Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.
The organising secretariat will send registration receipt upon receipt of payment, by e-mail.

PERSONAL INVITATION FOR VISA PURPOSES

To facilitate congress attendance a personal invitation can be sent here.

This invitation does not exempt the recipient from registering and paying the proper congress fee.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]
Before July 31 a refund of 75% of the fee will be granted. After 31 July 2025 no refunds will be issued. All refunds will be paid in euros after the congress.

In the unusual circumstances that the meeting is cancelled, two weeks’ notice will be given and tuition will be refunded in full.
The Organizers are not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.
